About OpenFrame Media
Openframe Media was founded by Josh Peters, a filmmaker and storyteller based in Berwick-upon-Tweed. After graduating in Film and TV Production, Josh set out to build something personal — a small, independent studio focused on crafting cinematic visuals with meaning.
At Openframe, the goal is simple: to tell real stories with care. Whether it’s a documentary, a narrative short, or a film for a local business, every project is approached with the same attention to emotion, light, and detail.
Rooted in the North East but open to working across the UK, Openframe Media blends a cinematic eye with an honest, human touch — turning moments into stories worth remembering.
We are committed to sustainable filmmaking, having completed the ALBERT course in carbon-neutral productions while at university meaning that all productions are guided by carbon-conscious practices.
